TED TALKS

TED TALK RESPONSE ON stefan sagmeister on what he has learned:
Stefan Sagmeister in this talk, talks about what he has learned and how he uses what he has learned in his works. He shows a list about what he has learned and explains how he uses certain topics he has learned in his pieces. Many of his works involves typography and time based art. He uses unique techniques to get the attention of viewers to think about what he is trying to say with his typography. My favorite out of what he presented was a piece that stated, "Complaining is silly. Either act or forget." With this statement, he made a billboard that eventually erased the quote, showing that complaining is something that over time, people forget.

TED TALK RESPONSE ON rives on 4 a.m.:
In this talk, Rives shares his opinion on the time 4 a.m. He entertains the audience by connecting facts about famous people that use 4 a.m. in their pieces. Rives simply says that nothing can possibly go right at 4 a.m. The way he organizes his facts is very interesting to me because it ironically all makes sense.

TED TALK RESPONSE ON sivamani: rhythm is everything, everywhere:
In this talk, Sivamani uses many different instruments that we have and have not seen, to show that rhythm is everything and everywhere. He uses a constant beat to keep his rhythm and goes from one instrument to another to show that you can use different instruments in different ways to make rhythm.
